Travel looks a little different right now, but our priorities remain committed to providing you a safe and relaxing hotel stay. That commitment starts with looking at our services and processes to take steps to deliver the safest and most enjoyable experience possible.
We understand that our guests’ expectations for hotel cleaning and disinfecting have changed.
That is why we have taken additional measures beyond industry cleaning standards. Our cleaning program builds upon our already rigorous room cleanliness standards by providing additional training for Team Members, increased cleaning of public areas, and adjusted food and beverage service. These modifications are in place to ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable, worry-free stay.
Prioritizing the wellbeing of our guests, team members and community continues to be our top focus and, in doing so, we hope that our guests experience a sense of security and confidence that we are taking the best of care.
The Chateau Grande Hotel
Meticulous sanitizing procedures and cleaning protocols are in effect throughout all public spaces, guest rooms and behind the scenes. Cleaning practices follow CDC guidelines and include the use of EPA-approved products effective against viruses and bacteria, ultraviolet light technology and electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectant. A clean bill of health is our top priority.
Our Team Members have participated in virtual training, consistent with CDC guidelines, and continued education will take place to further implement existing and new health and safety procedures so that our guests are always safe and comfortable. In addition, a COVID Team Lead verifies protocols are effectively carried out.
PPE (personal protective equipment) is being always worn by our team. This includes masks, face shields and gloves. All our team members will have their temperature taken daily, before their shift begins, to ensure your health and wellbeing and that of fellow team members.
Touch-free hand sanitizer stations are posted up and in position throughout the hotel, just give them the signal.
FACE COVERINGS ARE NOW REQUIRED
In accordance with CDC and WHO guidelines, we are requiring face coverings in all indoor public areas of our hotel, for guests and Team Members. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you.
HOW WE CLEAN YOUR ROOM
Our housekeeping room protocol begins with our team removing all used items from the room such as bedding and towels. Next, the team performs a full clean of the room and bathroom including vacuuming, mopping floors and wiping down all surfaces with hospital-grade cleaners. After the room is thoroughly cleaned, we replace the towels and make up the bed with freshly laundered linens. Finally, our housekeeping inspector verifies the room meets the standards. Upon your arrival, you will have complete peace of mind that the room is clean and ready for your stay.
CHANGES TO OUR FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE
Relaxing over a meal or drink is an important part of your stay with us and ensuring that you can do so safely is our priority. You will notice some changes to our services, but we are committed to offering the same menu selection and social atmosphere you have come to expect at Orchard Park restaurant by David Burke. Changes to our hotel restaurant service include the spacing of tables and chairs to promote proper physical distancing between guests while maintaining our increased hygiene standards.
HOW WE KEEP OUR PUBLIC AREAS CLEAN
Guests will find disinfecting stations with wipes and hand sanitizer available throughout the hotel. Additionally, both public and Team Member areas are cleaned at scheduled intervals, including hourly maintenance of high-touch areas like elevators and bathrooms.
CHANGES TO OUR HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
For your comfort, we want your stay to be as undisturbed as possible. Guests are invited to tailor their housekeeping services to their comfort level. To schedule, simply call the front desk. Additional amenities such as linens and toiletries are available upon request, delivered in protective packaging and placed at the guest room door. Of course, all guest rooms will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between guests.
