The Chateau Grande Hotel does not have a pool. We do however have a host of beautiful amenities on site: fitness center, salon & spa, bar, café, and Orchard Park restaurant by David Burke.

While the Park Chateau is our sister property, strolls and photos cannot be taken without prior arrangement as the grounds of the Park Chateau are reserved for private events. We honor and respect the private moments of all celebrations at the Park Chateau.

While we do not have activities geared specifically toward children, The Chateau Grande welcomes families of all shapes and sizes.

Check in begins at 4 PM. Check out is at 11 AM. However, if you’d like an early 2pm check-in that can be accommodated provided you book our Website Exclusive package directly from our website Offers page.

Wi-Fi is indeed included with all overnight room reservations.

The Chateau Grande provides shuttle services within a 3 mile radius upon request, based on availability. We do our best to accommodate all requests but kindly ask that inquiries be made 48 hours in advance. Please contact the front desk to set this up.

Pets are not allowed at the Chateau Grande, but we are happy to recommend local pet boarding facilities for your furry friend! Service animals protected under federal ADA regulations are always welcome!

Next to our front desk, you will find Le Petit Café, serving Starbucks beverages as well as light fare to get your day going such as pastries, breakfast sandwiches, yogurts and more! Additionally, on Sundays Orchard Park by David Burke offers a delightful brunch menu! (Reservations recommended.)
